Dynamics 365 Solution Developer

Expert in developing solutions using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Apps, aligning technology with business needs.

Global Solution Design

Understands user needs and integrates them into a cohesive global solution design, ensuring comprehensive alignment.

Configuration and Implementation

Configures and implements Dynamics 365 and Dataverse solutions, effectively supporting diverse business requirements.

Innovative Prototyping

Prototypes new features and integrations, introducing innovation aligned with business strategy, while simplifying existing architecture.

Best Practices and Methodologies

Applies Microsoft’s best practices and methodologies, ensuring the highest standards in solution development.

Root Cause Analysis and Troubleshooting

Proficient in troubleshooting, identifies root causes, and resolves issues efficiently, maintaining optimal system performance.

Leadership and Collaboration

Demonstrates strong hands-on experience in developer-leading practices, capable of working independently and guiding team members effectively.

Skillset

The candidate should be experienced in Dynamics 365 and Dataverse, adept at configuring solutions, developing complex workflows, and utilising Microsoft technologies for seamless integration. Proactive, result-oriented professional with effective communication and deadline-driven collaboration skills.

• Configure and develop Dynamics 365 solutions and work with data from Microsoft Dataverse to make configurations.
• Design, develop, and quality assure complex workflows that string different business entities together.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dataverse administration, customization, development, and usage
• Back-end and front-end development languages such as Microsoft .NET development (C#), and JavaScript
• Developing plugins and custom workflows utilising the above technologies
• Developing PCF controls
• PowerApps – Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps
• Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows and business process flows), Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse, Logic Apps
• Power Platform App Making experience / certification (optional).
• Keep up to date with latest Microsoft release waves to proactively adapt to new releases.
• A result-oriented individual with the ability to work to deadlines, communicate and work effectively with other team members.
